Port Arthur's the historic site of a large prison. Convicts who had been deported from Britain to Australia and fell afoul of the law again were sent here.

We took a tour of the Sea Shepherd--this is the helipad. You can just make out that they're flying the Dutch flag. Because of their aggressive tactics in ocean conservation (the collision was not an accident), Holland is the only country that would give them registry.
